El Buen Samaritano

Austin Chiropractic - Dr. James Lee

El Buen Samaritano is an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas committed to helping Latino and other families in Central Texas lead healthy, productive and secure lives through high-quality and affordable health-care, education and economic-stability services.

Dr. Lee talks about the importance of the spine and Chiropractic to our youth so they can understand healthy ways to maintain a wise posture. The class is short, usually do to the attention span of the age group, but covers most of the important biomechanics of the human body. The class is taught so children can understand and retain the information. At the end of the class Dr. Lee usually hands out a short, fun quiz so the children can challenge themselves to the memorization, or to the songs that are sang about the bone. “This hip bone is connected to the….tail bone.”

Dr. James Lee’s office is located in South Austin. His practice is 30% children. The philosophy here is to prevent any spine problems by early detection and Chiropractic adjustments. The Chiropractic adjustments to children are very gentle and soft.
